Membership

Membership is open to all who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who own or are seriously interested in Pharaoh Hounds.  As we are a multi-purpose club, you are encouraged to join regardless of your activity level.  We welcome show homes, athletic homes, and couch potato homes!  We hold very few formal events per year; but those will require many of our members to help in some way.  Usually, it will be a fun job - working side by side with your fellow Pharaoh Hound lovers to fold mailers, help set up agility rings, help field clerk at lure trials, or other such jobs.  Of course, we take geography into account as we ask for volunteers.

The membership process begins with completion of a membership application.  It will be sent to our Corresponding Secretary at the address listed on the application.  You must be sponsored by two current members of MHPHC.

Your application will be read, reviewed, and voted upon by the membership and then you are in!

Dues

Regular (Individual) Dues:  $15 

Enjoys all club privileges including the right to vote and hold office.

Household Dues: $25 

Two or more adult members who reside in the same household, each are eligible to vote and hold office.

Associate Dues:  $10

Associate members are entitled to all club privileges except voting and office holding (offered to individuals who live outside the club’s area but are not active).

Junior: $10

Open to children under 18 years of age; a non-voting/non-office holding membership which automatically converts to regular membership at age 18.
